Honey has deeply embedded roots in Vancouver. Her passion for fitness began through her love of sports, martial arts and dance. Her approach to fitness emphasizes programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training and combining the two to form exciting HIIT routines. Her ultimate aim is to develop long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life. She prides herself on making training sessions fun, challenging, educational, and most importantly effective.

What To Expect

Whether you just want to sweat it out or crush some goals, Honey will challenge you and bring a high level of energy and motivation to your session. Honey’s curated playlists will get you hype for the workout and most importantly you’ll feel good and have a lot of fun!

Private training sessions include a consultation on your fitness goals, a physical assessment using the In-Body 270 Machine (when you buy six sessions or more), and a fitness program designed just for you.

Bringing a friend? To train together with one of our coaches, each guest must purchase a two-on-one private training package individually.
