Jana is a 10-year fitness industry veteran, registered holistic nutritionist, CrossFit Level 1 coach and a certified USA Boxing coach. Having recently relocated back to Vancouver from Los Angeles, she competed as an Amateur Boxer with CAN/USA Boxing out of Trinity Boxing Club and previously out of Eastside Boxing Club. Jana had 6 years of boxing experience before she decided to fight, after having been on the other side, coaching fighters to victories, cornering and volunteering at local shows for years. Blending her knowledge of science-based training with athletic performance in an approachable, scalable way. Jana has trained and been a nutrition consultant for celebrities, athletes and other fitness professionals in her career. She is a Lululemon Ambassador, Celsius Energy Drink Ambassador, York Athletics sponsored athlete, and BOXRAW Athlete.

What To Expect
FUN! I love to challenge my athletes of all levels but we will absolutely have a blast and listen to great tunes, while safely pushing you to the next level.
Private training sessions include a consultation on your fitness goals, a physical assessment using the In-Body 270 Machine (when you buy six sessions or more), and a fitness program designed just for you.
Bringing a friend? To train together with one of our coaches, each guest must purchase a two-on-one private training package individually.
