Coming from London, Manny has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry when it comes to coaching. With experience coaching sports specific, 1 to 1 and group based training he’ll find a way to keep your training engaging and effective. With his background in soccer, track & boxing his style of training is all about being able to move efficiently and become more explosive. You won’t just being getting a coach to help you on the physical side as well as the mental helping you develop a mindset that will help you break down the barriers to help you achieve that all important goal.

Private training sessions include a consultation on your fitness goals, a physical assessment using the In-Body 270 Machine (when you buy six sessions or more), and a fitness program designed just for you.
