As a trainer, coach and educator, Tim promotes physical activity as the best investment one can make toward living a longer, happier life. Tim’s aspirations are to improve our current understanding of exercise, physical activity, and health and he finds joy in being a facilitator of improvement. Tim’s involvement in clinical exercise intervention research, paired with his private training background, grants him a multi-faceted level of expertise in the field. From athletes wanting to improve their performance parameters, to mature individuals managing a specific cardiovascular disease through exercise and pharmacological therapy, Tim's approach to training is integrative, and encompasses many aspects and pillars of health.
