If you need to cancel your class, please do so 12 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your class in time, you will be charged for it. House Guests on unlimited memberships will be charged $25 for a missed class. You can cancel by logging into your account or by calling House at 604-566-8980.
How does the waitlist work?
Full House? Add yourself to the waitlist. Here’s how our waitlist works: As spots open up, we will automatically add you into the class, and you can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the start of class. Be sure to cancel your waitlist spot if you no longer wish to attend. If a spot becomes available within 2 hours of the start of class, we will call you to confirm before we book you in. If we aren’t able to reach you, you will not be booked or charged for the class. If the class remains full, your series will go back onto your account and you will not be charged.
When do I have to arrive for class?
Unclaimed spots are released five minutes before class, so be sure to sign-in before then. If it is your first time, please arrive fifteen minutes before class so we can show you around and ensure you are properly set up for your class.
What if I’m late?
We know life can get in the way. We’re happy to bring you into class up to 5 minutes after start-time, as long as it is not your first time in the studio. All first-time guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before class starts in order to get set up properly.
