Niko’s introduction to fitness began in competitive martial arts, where he earned a black belt in karate, and coached sparring and weapons classes. This launched Niko's healthy active living journey. Niko jump-started his professional career by completing his applied health science degree, becoming a certified athletic therapist. Niko has earned residencies at prestigious universities, colleges, and various international sports organizations, where he gained valuable and diverse experience in training high-level athletes for success.
He currently focuses on building his coaching attributes in strength and conditioning, mobility flow, and boxing. Niko utilizes his knowledge in prehab, rehab, and performance to help you reach your athletic potential.
