Sydney’s love for fitness and health began in her early years as a professional dancer where she gained extensive fitness and strength training experience. She utilizes her knowledge and expertise instructing clients from beginner to advanced in their personalized health and fitness journey. Her focus is to help clients build the lifestyle they desire by producing measurable, goal-oriented results in strength, athleticism, fitness, and flexibility. She believes that prioritizing correct form and technique is key to all of her clients’ successes and safety. Sydney truly values her client's well-being and thrives on creating a safe, supportive, and always fun environment and takes great pride in assuring that each training session increases her clients’ strength, knowledge and confidence every step of the way.
