Looking for a more intimate training experience with personalized coaching and attention to form? The Lab is designed for those who want the energy of a group class with the focus of one-on-one training.

Each session is limited to just six participants and led by one of our expert coaches in our Private Training Studio.

Weekly Schedule
Mondays: Upper Body Focus
Tuesdays: Lower Body Focus
Wednesdays: Upper Body Focus
Thursdays: Lower Body Focus
Fridays: Full Body Focus
Saturdays: Full Body Focus
Sundays: Full Body Focus

Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM · 8:00 AM · 9:15 AM · 12:00 PM · 4:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM · 11:45 AM
Sunday: 8:45 AM · 10:30 AM
