An athlete-driven bootcamp studio designed for you to breathe deeper, lift higher and move faster. No matter your level of fit, draw on the energy of a full house as you challenge yourself. Prepare to level up, zero lazy starts here.
Butterfly Boxing
Discover the art of light steps and strong swings. Whether you’re a beginner or champ, prepare to sweat as you unleash your inner champion. Classes focusing on cardio, strength and intensity, with world class coaches in your corner.
Guest House
Change is good. A concept space featuring a revolving offering of never-boring class formats, from heart-pumping pilates to heated flow. Guest House is dynamic and ever-changing. Experiment With Excellence.
Open Gym Access
Corporate members also receive access to Open Gym from 1:00–4:00 PM, providing additional flexibility to train on your own schedule.
