Get ready to train like a Champ! The ultimate mix of bag work & strength including lower body & core. Designed to build boxers strength that's needed when inside the ring. Our coaches will lead you through ten rounds of boxing and functional strength work that will have you hitting hard and lifting heavy.

Float Boxing

Train high intensity in our technical bag class that will develop your skills and increase your cardiovascular fitness. Learn new combinations in our bag focused class, and end on a high note with 2 rounds of conditioning and core for an all round K.O. workout!
