The Lab - Full Body

This class is designed to be a more one-on-one experience with one of our world-class coaches. Taking place in our Private Training studio, this session targets your entire body through a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Expect to perfect your form, challenge your limits, and get a full-body sweat using elite, top-of-the-line equipment. This small group session is only available through our Lab Packages and All Access Memberships. Prepare to transform your mind and body in The Lab.

The Lab - Chest, Back, Bi's & Tri's 

This class is designed to be a more one-on-one experience with one of our world-class coaches. Held in our Private Training studio, this session focuses on building upper body strength and endurance — developing power and definition through controlled, form-focused movement. Expect a challenging mix of push and pull exercises using elite, top-of-the-line equipment. This small group session is only available through our Lab Packages and All Access Memberships. Prepare to strengthen, sculpt, and elevate your performance in The Lab.
